Is your mattress foam only? 

No, our mattress also benefits from a 2000 pocket sprung base for added comfort and support. 

 

Do your mattresses contain any Latex?  

No, our mattresses are completely Latex free.  

 

How deep is the mattress? 

Our mattress is 24.5cm deep. 

 

Do I need a special bed base for this mattress?

No, our mattress will work on top of any standard base.

 

Can you use electric blankets with this? 

Yes it is fine to use an electric blanket with our mattress.

 

Is there anywhere to try the mattress first? 

Unfortunately not as we sell online only to keep our prices down, however you can test the mattress in the comfort of your own home as part of the 100 night guarantee.

 

Are finance options available?

Yes, you can purchase our mattress through our online Finance Provider, Divido.

 

Is a credit check required?

Yes a credit check will be required if ordering a mattress on the payment plan.

 

How will my order be delivered?

Your mattress will be delivered by two-man delivery, with instruction and set up advice, including mattress removal if chosen at checkout.

 

How long does delivery take?

We can deliver your mattress within 5-8 working days.

 

Do you deliver to Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, and N. Ireland? 

We do deliver to these areas, however may be slightly longer delivery time for areas.

 

How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery is free of charge for all orders.

 

Am I eligible to return my order? 

You can return your mattress at any point within the first 100 nights of delivery. All you need to do is contact us on info@foamcomforts.com and we will arrange the collection and refund you on receipt of your return.

 

Do I have to pay to return my mattress? 

No, all returns within your 100 night guarantee are free of charge.

 

What if I want to change the comfort of my mattress?

If you want to try a softer or firmer foam then please let us know and we will arrange to send you an additional foam of your choice and can deliver it you within 1-2 working days.

 

Do I have to pay to change the comfort? 

If you are within your 100 nights trial we will send you out your replacement foam free of charge with nothing to pay. If out of your 100 night trial please get in touch and we will give you a quote.

 

What do I do with the existing foams?

 We are happy for you to keep the existing foams and they can be used for a range of uses: pet beds, camping mats, or garden cushions. If you would prefer to return then please let us know and we will collect them from you.
